Appointments

Standard appointments are 10-15 minutes. Please let reception know if you require a longer appointment to minimise delays for the next patient. Telehealth consultations are available. Home visits at doctors discretion.

Cancelled Appointments

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call the centre as soon as possible.

An SMS reminder system is in place. Please inform reception if you would like to participate.

Walk-in Appointments

Walk-ins will be seen by the doctor at the next available time, however appointments will always take priority.

Interpreter and Translator

An interpreter or translator can be organised if needed. Please inform reception prior to the appointment.

Results and Immunisations

All patients are required to make follow up appointments for all test results. Please advise reception if any immunisations are needed.

Referrals and Sick/Carers Certificate

An appointment is required for all referrals and sick certificates.

Work Cover

Should you sustain a work-related injury, you are free to consult with the doctor of your choice under the Return to Work Act. At Europa Medical Centre there are several doctors who treat occupational injuries. Consultation to be paid on the day.

Medicare Cards and Concession Cards

Please present your Medicare card and Concession card on each visit. Patients who do not have a current concession card will be charged a fee.
