Our premises are located at 287 Salisbury Highway, Salisbury Downs, with readily accessible parking, including designated disability parking. The clinic is fully accessible, with wheelchair access throughout all patient areas. Patients who require assistance animals, including service dogs, are warmly welcomed.

Menopause and Perimenopause Health Assessment
We are inviting women aged 45 to 55 to attend a Menopause and Perimenopause Health Assessment at our clinic.
This assessment is an opportunity to discuss any symptoms or changes you may be experiencing and to review your overall health during this stage of life. If you would like to attend, please call us on 8258 9103 to arrange an appointment with your GP.

You’re eligible to register in MyMedicare if you have:
- a Medicare card or Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Veteran Card
- face-to-face visits recorded with the same practice, including either:
- one face-to-face visit for practices in remote locations (MMM 6 and 7)
- two face-to-face visits for practices in other locations in the previous 24 months.
When you register with MyMedicare, it will notify your General Practitioner at your Medical Centre that you have chosen them as part of your regular care team.
